Registration for the EHDN Plenary Meeting 2014 was open from April 11, 2014 until July 31, 2014.
Requests for registrations submitted after this deadline may not be guaranteed and are subject to availibility of seating capacities. For urgent requests please contact .


There are a limited number of hotel rooms available at the meeting venue.

In addition, we have made arrangements with further hotels close to the meeting venue. You can find the list of these hotels as well as other possibilities at the section Hotel Booking.

Of course you are also welcome to book any other hotels or hostels at your own choice.

Please pay close attention to the booking deadlines and ensure that your travel arrangements are planned well in advance.
Accommodation will not be arranged by Central Coordination.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts submission is closed.

Conference Fee

The fee for each participant amounts to 200 EUR. It is payable by credit card or SEPA bank transfer during the registration.
There are discounted pricing categories available for students and members of HD families.
Please note: the conference fee cannot be claimed back from EHDN and exceptions cannot be made.

Travel information and reimbursement

Each participant is responsible for their own travel arrangement.
Travel organisation will not be arranged by Central Coordination.

EHDN members are entitled to have their travel and accommodation costs reimbursed to a total of 400 EUR for travels within Europe and 600 EUR for travels from non-European countries. Further Information
