The EHDN2016 Plenary Meeting will take place at the World Forum in The Hague, The Netherlands, 16-18 September 2016.
The Hague is the international city of peace and justice and the third largest city in The Netherlands. It is conveniently accessible via Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Rotterdam-The Hague Airport.

Extended abstracts submission was open till EOB June 19, 2016 and is now closed.
The fee for each participant amounts to 250 EUR. It is payable by credit card or SEPA bank transfer during the registration.
There are discounted pricing categories available for students and members of HD families.
Please note: the conference
fee cannot be claimed back from EHDN and exceptions cannot be made.
Travel information and reimbursement
Each participant is responsible for their own travel arrangement. Travel organisation will not be arranged by Central Coordination.
EHDN members are entitled to have their travel and accommodation costs
reimbursed to a total of 400 EUR for travels within Europe and 600 EUR for travels from non-European countries. Costs above these amounts cannot be covered by the EHDN.
Please note that applications for membership submitted after July 15, 2016 will not be eligible for reimbursement.
