We propose to hold a meeting of the Behavioural Phenotype Working Group in Taufkirchen, close to Munich Airport, over the weekend of 10th and 11th June 2005.

be held at the Psychiatric hospital in Taufkirchen, hosted by Matthias
The intention is that participants will arrive on Friday 10th ready for
a full day’s meeting on Saturday 11th June. Accommodation will be
provided for two nights so that participants can take advantage of the
cheaper air fares associated with an overnight stay on Saturday.
Travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed by the EHDN.
The main items for the agenda are:
- to consider the proposed psychiatric assessment measures built
into the Euro-HD electronic CRF, and determine whether these are
appropriate for the EHDN Registry project and/or symptomatic treatment
trials for behavioural problems such as irritability.
to agree any alternative measures that should be included.
development of improved scoring criteria (if necessary) for the chosen measures.
development of training materials and methods for measuring and improving interrater reliability.
- discussion of proposed EHDN studies concerned with psychiatric
aspects of HD, even if these are primarily the responsibility of other
