The clinic is held at the Cambridge Centre for Brain Repair, every Wednesday from 9am-1pm.

How to get here:
From Cambridge Railway Station

  • Addenbrookes is a 25 minute walk down Hills Road. Go straight ahead when you leave the station, turn left at the lights into Hills Road. Keep on until you see the hospital on the right side of the road.
  • The Citi1 and Citi7 buses go from the railway station to the bus station at Addenbrooke's Hospital.  From the bus stop walk towards the hospital until you are on the hospital ring road (Robinson Way), turn left until you see the sign for the Forvie Site, follow the road around and turn left into the Forive Site, and then left again to the Brain Repair Centre (see the above map for further details).
  • Taxis from in front of the station. Ask your taxi to go to the Brain Repair Centre on the Forvie Site, at the South end of Addenbrooke's off Robinson Way.
 
From Cambridge city
  • The Citi1 and Citi 7 buses go from Drummer Street bus terminal to Addenbrooke's Hospital.  The proceed as above.  The Citi4 University bus goes from outside Pembroke College and from Silver Street bridge to Addebrooke's Hospital.
By Car
  • From the M11 - Take exit 11, direction Cambridge. Continue through Trumpington until you see a traffic lights with a signpost to the right to Addenbrooke's, The Rosie, Ring Road. Turn right into Long Road. At the first lights turn right into Robinson Way. Continue until you come to a small roundabout with a signpost to University Forvie Site. Turn right into the Forvie site. The Brain Repair Centre is on your left.
  • Other directions - If you come from the south east, Addenbrooke's is on Hills Road, which goes towards Haverhill.
From other directions you will need to come through Cambridge.
From London
  • Take a Cambridge train from King's Cross or Liverpool Street stations.  The fastest trains leave at 15 and 45 past the hour from King's Cross.  A train table is available.

 
From Heathrow
  • Bus: the National Express bus 787 leaves terminal four and 10 minutes past each hour and the central bus station for terminals one to three at 30 minutes past the hour.  It takes about three hours (timing can be unreliable during heavy traffic periods).
  • Train: take the Heathrow Express to Paddington station.  Go to the Underground, and take a Circle line train to King's Cross station (five stops).  If there is no Circle line train indicated take a District line to Edgeware Road, where there is often a King's Cross train waiting.  From King's Cross take a Cambridge train (see above for further information).
From Gatwick
  • Take a Thameslink train to King's Cross Thameslink station.  Come out of the station, turn left and walk for about 300yrds.  You will come to a main road, and the main line King's Cross station is on the other side, reached via  a subway.  You can buy a single ticket through to Cambridge.
From Stansted
  • There is a regular hourly service from Stansted to Cambridge operated by Jetlink (Service no 797 and 757) and Airbus ( Service no A7).  This service departs every hour from Stansted and takes approximately one hour depending upon the traffic.  There is also a railway service which is faster, but very unreliable.
