Clinics are held on a Friday in Whyteman's Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
The Euro-HD Clinic is held on a Tuesday or Friday afternoon in Whyteman's Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy. Initial enrolment is carried out by Nicola Johns, HD Specialist Nurse/Study Co-ordinator. Participants will then be invited back annually to undergo a battery of assessments and given feedback if they choose. Who is the clinic for
Individuals and families affected by or who are at risk of Huntington's Disease.

Jillian Foster, Senior Huntington’s Disease Specialist Nurse Nicola Johns, Huntington’s Disease Specialist Nurse Norma Henderson, Admin/Resource Worker Who can refer to the HD Management Clinic
Clients living within the Fife area can be referred to the clinic by their G.P., Huntington’s Specialist , Genetics service or other health care profession

Entry into European HD study
Multi-agency input may also be required. This may include occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, physiotherapy and/or dietetics.

To offer an individual assessment for those affected by Huntington’s Disease, including medical, psychological and social assessment.
To work with clients and carers to establish individualised packages of care and treatment.
To work collaboratively and closely with other professions.
To ensure clients have access to all the services required.
To increase understanding of Huntington's Disease by clients, carers & professionals.
To continue and develop Fife as a study site for European HD research network
