Invitation to the International Huntington Association meeting in Vancouver application/pdfiha-invitation-registration-form 

Dear friends,

As President of the International Huntington Association it is a real pleasure to invite you to the next IHA meeting in Vancouver Canada on Saturday September 12, 2009 just before the World Congress on Huntington Disease begins, which could not be possible without the tremendous work and support of the Huntington Society of Canada. Attached please find a brochure with a registration form. This brochure explains the interesting and stimulating program designed especially for IHA members. The last page of the brochure is the registration form for Saturday September 12. The form can be completed directly on the PDF and then emailed back to us by using the “Email Form” button available at the top of the page (the email will be sent automatically to info@huntingtonsociety.ca). If you prefer, you can fill out the form and print it out, using the “Print Form “ button , to be mailed or faxed to the Huntington Society of Canada at the address shown on the brochure.

We are looking forward to a fantastic IHA meeting and World Congress. It would be wonderful if you could attend. Please complete the registration form and send it in today.
