Joint Standards of Care SLT and Functional


meeting shall be the 26-27th November at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Leiden. The format shall be an informal meal on the Thursday evening and meeting on the Friday.

All travel expenses are reimbursed to EHDN members according to the reimbursement policy on the EHDN website (www.euro-hd.net). Participants therefore require to be members of EHDN. For queries about membership please contact your local coordinator or visit the EHDN website.

Please note that the application deadline for the meeting is 14th August 2009.

It is planned that a draft guideline shall be written and distributed to the group prior to the meeting. We will then meet in November and review the document together.
